Originally probably purchased at the gift shop of The Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, in Wellington, New Zealand at the time of the 'LORD OF THE RINGS: THE RETURN OF THE KING' World Premiere in December 2003.
Stamp (which is missing with this object) is approximately 7 cm tall, is made of wood and brass metal (Metal in the stem and top of stamp). It is tied with a brown ribbon to a piece of cardboard backing that features a partial map of Middle-earth. It makes an Ex Libris stamp (Elven Brooch design) with the words 'Ex Libris' over the design, and a dotted line underneath the design. Stamp base that makes the impression is approximately 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm. Bought at a flee market in 2004. |
